About me

Vickeree is reverse ErikV which is my own personal metaphor of the

Ideal self, the shadow and everything in between.

I was a videogameaholic many years ago but since then I have

 channeled that addiction into lifting, running and eating.

Thoughts of running, latest methods of training and

workout programs would occupy my mind all day.

So now I’m a recovering fitnessaholic.

I’ve  managed to reduce my workouts and integrate physical

activity in my daily routine

and lifestyle instead. I still feel the fire burning and I enjoy

chasing the happy hormones

that comes from lifting heavy things, running and eating but

now I channel some of that

energy into sharing and teaching what I’ve learned through

the years about the

psychology and science of fat loss, muscle building and just

being happy and excited

about life.

I used to talk lift run eat repeat 24/7 and fill every conversation

 with my friends about the

latest carb cycling protocol or the newest strength and

conditioning workouts or the

latest fitness fads but unfortunately there are other topics of

conversation that my

non-runner/workout  buddies are interested in like world peace,

 alleviating poverty,

the latest celebrity sex scandals and what not.

Hence this blog was born.

 A place where I can rant about lifting, running and

A place where i can share my love for psychology and

self-help stuff (No,not that kind of self help

stuff you do when you’re alone in your room staring at a

Maria Ozawa poster),and

the lessons I’ve learned from my journey on how I hacked

 myself from being a video

game geek to a workout freak, from scrawny to nerdy tubby to having a

 Greek God body

from little monkey boy Son Gokou to super

Saiyan 3 Son Gokou 🙂
